About Me

who am I?

I’m Huma, a qualified psychotherapist and the founder of In Therapy With U. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and am an accredited psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences with honesty, care, and without judgement.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. I believe in meeting you where you are, with empathy and respect, and working collaboratively to make sense of what you’re going through.

I specialise in working with clients from South Asian backgrounds and those of dual heritage, with deep awareness of how culture, identity, intergenerational dynamics, and societal expectations can shape our inner world and relationships. I also offer therapy in multiple languages and am fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, making space for you to express yourself in the language that feels most natural.

I offer therapy both online and in-person, providing a flexible and accessible way to connect wherever you are. This allows me to work with clients not only locally, but also across the UK and internationally.
