About Divorce coaching
Separation and divorce are some of the most emotionally and practically challenging life transitions — and no one should have to navigate them alone. Divorce coaching offers a supportive, structured space to help you move through this period with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
I bring a unique perspective to this work, having spent over 10 years working as a court translator in family law proceedings. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the legal process, the emotional toll it can take, and the importance of feeling informed and empowered every step of the way.
How Divorce Coaching Can Help:
- Preparing emotionally and practically for separation
- Navigating the legal process with greater understanding and confidence
- Managing communication with an ex-partner, especially around co-parenting
- Rebuilding identity and confidence after a breakup or long-term relationship
- Exploring grief, anger, fear, or guilt in a safe and non-judgemental space
- Planning for a future that reflects your values, needs, and hopes
Culturally Inclusive Support
I recognise that separation and divorce can be particularly sensitive topics in culturally traditional or close-knit communities. In some cases, shame, silence, or family pressure can make the process even more isolating. As someone with deep roots in the South Asian community, I offer a space where these layers can be acknowledged and worked through with care, without the need to explain the basics.
This is a space for your voice, your story, and your future — free from judgement, stigma, or expectation.
Collaborative and Well-Connected
I work alongside a network of legal professionals and routinely receive referrals from family law solicitors and mediators. If you’re unsure of your next steps, I can also help signpost you to appropriate legal or specialist support, ensuring you feel guided, not overwhelmed.
Divorce coaching sessions are available online or in person, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
