How I work
at "In Therapy With U"
At In Therapy With U, I offer a confidential, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported — without judgment. Therapy is not about quick fixes; it’s about meaningful exploration and healing at your own pace. I work with young people aged 14 and above, as well as adults, offering a warm and relational approach that meets you where you are.
I integrate person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural modalities to tailor the work to your needs. I aim to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and attunement — as you navigate life’s challenges and begin to make sense of your experiences.

Support Through Divorce & Separation
Going through a separation or divorce can bring a wave of complex emotions — grief, anger, guilt, relief, fear — often all at once. In individual therapy, we’ll create space to make sense of your experience at your own pace, explore the emotional impact of the breakup, and begin to reconnect with yourself and your sense of identity. If you’re navigating cultural or family expectations around divorce, this is a space where your story will be held with compassion and without judgment.
Self-Worth, Confidence & Inner Critic Work
Do you often feel like you’re not enough? Therapy can help you unpack the origins of those beliefs and begin to reconnect with your voice, values, and worth.
Navigating Friendship Challenges
Friendships shape so much of how we feel in the world — but they can also bring tension, disconnection, or grief. In individual therapy, we can explore the emotional impact of friendship breakdowns, patterns like people-pleasing or one-sided connections, or how past experiences may be affecting how you relate to others today.
Whether you’re processing a recent fallout or longing for deeper, more mutual connections, this is a space to understand your needs and build more nourishing relationships.
